The best part of my job is Knowing that we provide a quality service to the residents of the Wirral, enabling them to remain at home living independently, with equipment to support their care needs.

My favourite part of my job is the variety of tasks I get to work on - every day is different!

Being able to help equipment prescribers and people who use our service is the most rewarding part of my job.

I love to work with the specials side of the business as every item is bespoke and you get to see and work with various equipment which exists to help people day to day to live that bit easier.

I enjoy and take pride in checking over equipment that has been decontaminated and repaired by our Cleaning and Repair departments.

The best part of my job is working as a service engineer, applying my skill in the repair shop as well as in people's houses, which results in serviceable, usable and safe equipment being delivered.

I enjoy knowing that all the equipment I have cleaned is always to a high standard and safe for people to use.

The best part of my job is picking equipment for routes and emergency orders, as I know the stock I pick is going out to help someone.

I enjoy doing the stock viewings with the occupational therapists and helping them find an item that best suits the requirements of those who use the service.

The best part of my job is being able to support prescribers utilising recycled special equipment, in turn meaning that the clients in the community get the equipment they need quickly.
